On May 19. 2026 the Governor signed Act 104 into law, creating an 8 year pilot program to proivde regionalized policing services to member Towns.  Each Town which has voted to be in the program has appointed on Selectboard member to serve on the council.  Londonderry's current representative on the council is James Ameden.

Meetings of the council are currently scheduled for Wednesdays starting at 4pm, in person at the Sherriff's office on 185 Old Ferry Road in Brattleboro, or online in Teams.  Meetings are open to the public.
