Sealed Bids for the construction of the South Village Community Wastewater System – Segment 1, Contract 2026-1 will be received by the Town of Londonderry, at the office of the Town  Administrator, until 2:00 PM local time on May 5, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the Town Office, Selectboard Meeting Room, located at 100 Old School Street, South Londonderry, VT. The Project consists of the construction of a drip dispersal mound system with appurtenant equipment and tankage, wastewater pretreatment system, equipment building, approximately 8,375 lf of 3-inch and 330 lf of 2-inch HDPE low pressure sewer main, 17 sewer services with new septic tank effluent pump systems, and appurtenant work.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
