The Town of Londonderry  is seeking qualified contractors to restore and weatherize the windows at the historic Londonderry Town Hall located at 139  Middleton Road, Londonderry, Vermont. The primary objective of this project is to improve the energy performance of the windows, and balance additional priorities, such as  historic preservation, aesthetics, and functionality. All renovation work described in this RFP must be complete or under contract for completion by September 30th, 2026.
